Registration includes admission to scientific sessions (oral and posters). It also includes morning and afternoon coffee breaks, the Welcoming Reception (Friday evening), four complimentary lunches (Saturday to Tuesday) and the Symposium Dinner (Monday evening). Registrants will receive a folder containing conference materials, the abstract book and a list of registered participants. The registration fee for students (undergraduates, graduates, residents, fellows, etc.) is applicable only if a proof of the student status is provided.
The Registration can be completed on-line. A confirmation and a receipt will be sent to each registered participant. Three modes of payment are accepted:

Participants must add 5% of the total amount to cover charges
levied by the bank.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by April 24, 2009. Refund requests postmarked on or before April 24, 2009 will receive a registration refund, minus a 25% processing fee. Refunds postmarked between April 24 and May 29, 2009 will receive a registration refund less 50%. Refund requests postmarked after May 29, 2009 will not be honoured.
